Drawing from my research in Self-Determination Theory, I believe that understanding each client's unique motivational drivers is key to achieving lasting results. I integrate this evidence-based approach with practical techniques to help clients discover their internal motivations while navigating external pressures.I believe in treating each client with respect, kindness, and undivided attention through active listening. My practice creates a safe, accepting environment where clients can explore their challenges and aspirations. Using a holistic approach that combines person-centered techniques with cognitive behavioral therapy, I empower clients with practical tools for a more balanced life.
